Situated below the level of the road, Villa CASA TIGRE is extremely quiet and secluded, with a constant cooling breeze. With optional sunscreens and a choice of temperatures for the pool, you can tailor your own space for relaxing or sunbathing.
A semi-enclosed office space separates the spacious living area from the kitchen. A large dining table sits in front of the modern, well-equipped kitchen where appliances are hidden behind sleek, white panels. The living room, as well as the rest of the villa, is tastefully furnished and decorated.
The villa has just been completely renovated and expanded to a total of four bedrooms. Built on three levels, Villa CASA TIGRE center is on the middle level, where you find the pool, kitchen, living and dining areas, the master bedroom with an ensuite bath and bathtub, and two small offices. One level up are two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, and one level down, the fourth, very large, bedroom with its own kitchenette and TV.
